Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
- One night's charge on a credit card at the time of the booking.
- Balance is payable at the check-in.
- Cancellation or reservation change more than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable less 25.00$.
- Cancellation or reservation change within 6 days and 3 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation or reservation change 2 days before arrival, the total amount of reservation is non-refundable.
- No shows are regarded as a cancellation and the hotel will retain the full payment previously taken.
TAXES:
- Taxes are 5% GST and 7.5% PST
- Lodging taxe at $2.00 per night, Law 76.
Credit cards:
- Visa and Master Card accepted.
Rates are based on:
- Room is based on single or double occupancy.
- Weekends are a minimum 2 nights. During Christmas Holidays minimum 3 nights.
- 15.00$ extra on listed rate for renting Saturday night only, with no refunding on reservation, if availability.
Extra person charge:
- 15.00$ per person per night.
Parking:
- Free outdoor parking for our customers.
Sports accessories:
- Bikes, snowbords, skis, are not allowed in rooms. Free and safety storage at the office.
Pets:
Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in: 4:00p.m. or befor if the unit is ready / Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
**Christmas Holidays:
- **For a reservation during Christmas Holidays, full payment is required December 1st and the total amount of reservation is non-refundable.
This establishment is completely non-smoking, indoors as well as outdoors spaces.
Your credit card account will be charged a
$200 fine without other notice, if those non-smoking conditions are not respected and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
